The security of your password and login credentials is entirely your responsibility. richman88 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform. Do not share your password with anyone. richman88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, even if access was made by another party without your knowledge. Report any unauthorised access to the richman88 support team immediately so that protective measures can be taken.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on richman88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local Malaysian payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and DuitNow. richman88 does not accept cash payments, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Approved deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe indicated, depending on your chosen payment method. richman88 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Winnings may only be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the richman88 account holder. richman88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements may be placed on hold until the necessary documentation is submitted.
Richman88 reserves the right to freeze or withhold withdrawals where there are signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of the terms of use. In such cases, the account in question will be subject to an internal investigation, and a report to the relevant authorities may be made if necessary.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users are prohibited from using the richman88 platform for any unlawful purpose or any activity that could cause harm to the platform, other users, or third parties. Richman88's liability to any user is limited to the amount actually deposited into that user's account. richman88 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other consequential damages.
- Users may not use the richman88 name, logo, or branding without written permission.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or resell platform content without approval.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform's security systems is a serious offence that may be reported to the authorities.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended once the transaction has been recorded by the system.

Account Suspension & Closure
